1. How would I know whether my booking is confirmed? Do I have to reconfirm my flight?
Once you have completed a booking with Travel Town, which will happen after you have made payment for your flight ticket/holiday package. One of our travel agents who is dealing with your booking will send you the invoice mentioning all the itinerary of your flights, hotel reservations, transfers details and reference number (having format 10***) of your booking on your given email address. You need to sign the invoice after agreeing all the terms and conditions/cancellation policy. you should quote this reference number if you need to get in touch with us, as it will help us to identify your order. If you do not see the confirmation email your booking may not have been confirmed.

2. How do I book an e-ticket?
E-ticketing is an extremely suitable way of travelling because it confirms your air ticket purchase without the need for a hard-copy. The airline you are flying with stores all the passenger data on their system, which means there is no paper ticket for you to collect and -more importantly - no ticket to lose. if you are having the e-ticket, all you need to do is go directly to the check-in desk with a valid passport and a copy of the email confirmation sent out by Travel Town confirming your itinerary. Once these have been checked and verified by the authorities, your boarding pass will be issued.
