Agreements To Terms

By booking a Flight, Accommodation, Car hire or any service with Travel Town™ you are consenting to acknowledge these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have reviewed them thoroughly. The Travel Town™ reserves the privilege to modify these terms and conditions at any time without earlier notification. At the point when you get your tickets/vouchers, you must check them carefully and inform us immediately if you think any details are incorrect/incomplete. We are not responsible for any issues which will occur if you do not inform us for any change as mentioned on the invoice.

Tickets Policy

We recommend you to reconfirm your flight 72 hours preceding takeoff. Tickets are neither refundable nor changeable (T&C Apply). Fares are NOT guaranteed until the tickets/vouchers are issued as airlines reserves the right to change the fares before issuance. We can't acknowledge risk for any flight delays (for any reason Climate, mechanical activity or some other explanation) or cancellation of the flight/trip to or from the UK if the operator fails or is unable to fill their commitment of the contract. We will help you in finding the alternative option of an airline. It is important that you have adequate travel insurance to cover the consequences. When you receive your tickets, you must check them carefully and inform us immediately if you think any details are inaccurate/incomplete. We are not liable to you for any problems which arise if you do not advise us for any change as mentioned on the invoice. Hence we strongly recommend checking the invoice thoroughly.

The customer will be liable to pay the fare difference that arises from any changes to the flight tickets, hotel and transport/car hire vouchers if any.

Hotels Policy

The company reserve the right to provide an alternate choice of hotels if the agreed option cannot be arranged. We also keep the right to change hotel prices until full payment has been made or at any time before you book. All prices are subject to availability.

Deposits Policy

Deposits for the tickets will only secure seats NOT the fare. Hence it is in your benefit to pay off the remaining payment as soon as possible to avoid any fare difference (increase in the price). To secure your booking 50% of total amount is required. All prices are subject to availability.

Baggage Allowance

Every aircraft has its own Baggage Allowance Policy. Usually, hand carry is 7 KG/15 lbs . Please consult with your travel agent or contact the airline directly for further information.

Cancellation Policy

After cancellation of any kind, flight tickets are always non-refundable/non-changeable regardless they may be changeable subject to the regarding airline’s policy with flight change charges.

An administration fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged before ticket issuance in the event of cancellation.

In case of cancellation before issuance of holiday package, flight tickets, hotel and transport vouchers, An administration fee of 50% from the initial deposit will be charged and the rest 50% will be refunded.

For cancellation or refund after issuing Holiday Package, flight tickets, hotel and transport vouchers, we’ll consult with the airlines only upon your request, if those flight tickets will be changeable /refundable. We will get back to you within 48hours. Your ticket’s refund amount will be stated according to the airline’s instructions (if applicable) after deduction of Administration Fee per passenger. other than above-mentioned cases all vouchers are non-refundable.

Check-in Times

Due to security measures, we strongly recommend to check-in 3 and 2 hours before the departure of intercontinental and European/Domestic flights respectively. Normally check-in will close 1 hour before the scheduled departure so please keep sufficient time to get to the airport.

Meal Requests

If you haven’t put the request already, please let us know and we will send the request to the airline. The airline will make every effort to complete your request but remember meal requests are not guaranteed.

Complaints

If for any reason, you feel not satisfied with the services, you have received from Travel Town™, you may inform us in writing within 14 working days of the event or 7 days after returning from your trip. Any lack of communications within the above-mentioned timeline will result in a delay in response from our complaint department.

Financial Protection

All the flights, flight-inclusive holiday packages and Umrah packages are 100% protected with ATOL scheme (T&C apply). We are also a member of TTA (Travel Trust Association) so as a customer you are having one more layer of protection. After your payment, we will provide you ATOL Certificate and please ensure that each service you booked is mentioned on it.
